I mainly used cerebral for medication management, and it wasn’t bad. Getting started was simple, and my prescriber did listen to me, which I appreciated. That said, messages didn’t always come back as quickly as I thought they would, and I had one refill situation that wasn’t exactly stress-free. It did help me stay on track overall, but the communication could be more consistent. I wouldn’t say it was terrible or nothing, just okay. 3 stars feels about right
"Scheduling was straightforward"
Booking my first appointment was simple overall. I did have to refresh the page once before the available times showed up, but that’s not a huge deal. I was still able to find a slot that fit my schedule, which is what matters

"Refills are a little too adventurous"
The doctors themselves have been fine, so that part isn’t really the issue. The problem is getting my prescription refilled on time, which somehow turns into a fun monthly guessing game. Some months it goes through without a hitch, and other months I’m waiting days, sending messages, and getting no clear answer. Relaxing, especially when it’s medication I actually need. It’s not the worst experience ever, but I definitely don’t feel like I can trust the refill process.

"I don’t know, the whole session just felt..."
I don’t know, the whole session just felt really rushed and kind of off. I left feeling disappointed, like I didn’t really get the help or support I was hoping for.

"Decent service, but canceling was a headache"
I’ll give them credit, the service itself was okay while I had it and I didn’t run into many issues. But trying to cancel was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It felt like I had to jump through hoops just to stop being charged. that part left a bad taste, and I don’t think I’d sign up again.
"Billing was a bit confusing"
The service was fine overall, but I couldn’t really tell what I was being charged for or when the renewal was coming up. I wish the billing details were a little clearer.

I used Cerebral for a few months, and overall it was okay. My provider was kind and did listen, which I appreciated, and getting help with medication was definitely useful. That said, some appointments felt a little rushed, and replies weren’t always as quick as I would’ve liked. I also didn’t feel quite as supported between visits as I was hoping to. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, just not super personal. I’d say 3 stars feels about right

"Pretty easy to use, not confusing"
I’ve been using Cerebral for a bit now and the site is easy to get around. Booking stuff and checking messages doesn’t take much effort, which I really appreciate. Everything’s kinda in one spot so I’m not clicking all over the place trying to find basic things. Simple app, does what I need.

"Provider never got back to me"
I reached out and then just waited around for days with no response, which was frustrating because I was expecting at least some kind of update or quick reply and it just never came
